Refund policy
Introduction
At ANB Commerce, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund and credit your account. ANB Commerce is not liable for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be provided by us once your return is accepted. We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.
